Td5 Hybrid Turbo

Alive Tuning Hybrid Turbocharger for all Defender and Discovery Td5 models. With massively re-worked and strengthened internals, these turbo's are designed to flow far more air than the standard unit ever could, and so gives a massive boost in available power and torque, and allows the engine to easily pull through to higher rpm's, creating more power. These turbos have been proven to produce power in excess of 230bhp and is the most outstanding replacement performance turbo available for Td5, producing a very different sound and a massive boost to performance.

All ALIVE turbos are developed by one of the UK's most respected performance turbocharger producers, who supply many high end race teams, and big name tuning companies. 

These turbochargers are built from brand new genuine Garrett units, and come with the option to upgrade to a billet compressor wheel, which will allow even greater displacement of air, and reduced inertia meaning faster spool up and greater overall potential! 

These should be used with an appropriate ECU calibration, Larger Intercooler and Turbo Booster module, all supplied by Alive Tuning to guarantee best results.
